All orders are processed within 5–10 business days unless stated otherwise in the product description. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you before shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. SHIPPING METHOD

We ship all orders through USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. Promotional free-shipping offers, when available, will be clearly stated on our website.

4. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Luxe Love by Yolanda LLC. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

5. DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES

Once your order leaves our facility and is in the possession of USPS, Luxe Love by Yolanda LLC. is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with USPS using your tracking number.

Please note that weather, postal strikes, or peak holiday seasons may affect delivery times. We recommend contacting your local USPS office if your package appears delayed.

6. LOCAL PICK-UP OR DELIVERY (if applicable)

If local pick-up or delivery options are available, they will be displayed during checkout. You will receive an email or text message with details for pick-up location and time once your order is ready.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Luxe Love by Yolanda LLC. only ships within the United States. We look forward to expanding our shipping options in the future.
