We appreciate your business and want you to love your Luxe Love by Yolanda purchase. Each handcrafted item is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom-made, please review our refund and exchange policy below.
1. RETURNS
Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at luxelovebyyolanda@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible through a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed and processed, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. Please double-check your order details before submitting payment.
4. SHIPPING ISSUES
Luxe Love by Yolanda LLC is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once items have been shipped. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information for assistance.
5. CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable. We will communicate with you throughout the design process to ensure accuracy before completion.
